Item was needed to finish a project for a gift. Item was perfect with no defects or creases and packaging was beyond excellent.Will absolutely order from them again when the need arises.I need to return because the item is too bigAlthough I wasn't expecting this matte to have a shiny, even slightly metallic finish, I was pleasantly surprised and I love how it looks with my charcoal drawing. The overall quality is better than I expected. Between this matte and the frame I also bought from Craig Frames, I can frame my own artwork for a tiny fraction of what I would pay at a custom frame shop.While the frame looked nice and sturdy but the glazing was way below par. Glazing is Plastic and was heavily covered in non-removable spots, which forced me to have to go buy a replacement. So do not buy unless you are prepared to have to replace the glazing upon receipt. Had I known this ahead of time I would have bought another frame because it ended up costing me more than I would have had to pay for a different frame.I ordered this mat for use on a cheap 24x36" frame I bought from Walmart. It looks good and fit correctly without any trimming needed. I'm happy with it.Ordered several matching frames and mats. They are of very high quality, arrived quickly and were packaged VERY well. Will definitely continue to fulfill all of my future framing needs through Craig Frames.I used to work in an Art Gallery, so I know mats. This was cut perfectly and the shipping materials were high quality so the corners stayed sharp. I will definitely order from Craig Frames again!Its a good product, but just desighted not to keep it. So I put a request in to return. It would have coated me more then 1/2 of what I paid just to return. So desighted to keep it.
