This time around, the frame has black markings on it and the back piece came off :(Luckily I will be painting these but if you prefer to keep them white just be mindful.The frames were protected and packed well. The frames feel solid and durable. The only negative I have is that the paint on the back of some of the frames looked chipped.Excellent product, less than helpful customer service. Don't bother trying to get your amazon gift card. I've tried 5 time a day for 3-4 days now and first it says your product id is wrong. (even though I copied it right off the site) Then when you contact customer service they tell you that you did something wrong. When you DO finally get the code to work then it sends you to amazon site and is suppose to redirect you back and never does. So don't count on getting your Amazon gift card.I ordered these previously for displaying some business licenses in one of my offices and liked them so much that I ordered again. The second order did not come with glass, but with this weird, flimsy plexi-glass that even though it was covered with protective film, had scratches all over. I'm wondering why this box was different than my previous order? Shouldn't they be discounted if I paid the same price for the cheap plastic stuff as for the glass?I bought two sizes of multi-pack frames in the Egofine line. The quality is inconsistent. The box and web-description state glass, two boxes out of three were plexiglass. Half the backing boards are warped and don't fit well into the frames. I generally buy Golden State Frames and find them far superior in quality
