Did my title fail to mention Excellent Price and Better Than Expected Delivery? Amazon just didn’t give me enough title room. This was my first of 4 totally different prescription (customized) Agstum glasses I purchased from Precision4you thru Amazon. My reaction to the first 3 are the same as for this one. The lenses were accurately ground to my precise prescription and came in a high quality case with a microfiber wipe and steel eyeglass tool. This is a hard combination to beat. Since these glssasss are not sold in quantity, the reviews are few and far between. I am effusive in my praise since it is not only well deserved, but after 3 pair I’d be willing to extrapolate over the entire Agstum line with Precision4you.I just ordered my 4th pair…customized prescription sunglasses, bifocals, with a special trivex lenses (not list as an option on the site) after several helpful back and forth messages with Helon to pin down exactly what I was seeking. I will update this post once they arrive. If they arrive as anticipated, I will have to find a way to pin on a 6th star.Update: Jan 6th 2021So they finally broke. However, this was only where the lens connects to the frame. Because of the pandemic having to try and wear a face mask and these glasses have caused them to fall off my face a few times and now they finally broke when falling onto a concrete floor. They have lasted since 2016 and I still stand by my original review of these being great glasses for a nice price. Just need to get the lenses replaced and maybe clean them up a bit/tighten some screws and it should be good as new. So glad I went with these and really happy they are still available if I decide to get another pair. They still hold up 5 years later with daily use (and slight abuse unfortunately).Original Review:I got these glasses after looking everywhere for frame-less eye glasses. My old pair (ray bans, which are no longer being sold cause of Luxodica the huge monopoly!) were almost identical and worked quite well. But over years of use and getting scratched from work and such I was glad to find some on amazon from this company. So far 20 dollars is a very good deal for glasses when most glasses sold by the monopoly Luxodica can go from anywhere from 200 dollars up to 2 grand or more maybe. These are also titanium which is a very strong metal. I also like that the bands can bend a bit but still keep their shape. These have worked very well. I even like the little screw protectors that are put on the ends of each screw, I guess to protect your eyes if they ever got pressed towards your face. Unfortunately after cleaning mine a few times 2 have came off at some point and they are so small that I never found them again. I liked these so much I bought 2 extra pairs for the future. I am glad I found these.Pros:1. Strong2. Durable3. Stylish4. The kind I wanted, didn't have to settle5. The price6. Not having to buy from the monopoly called Luxodica (look them up, 60 minutes did a story on them)Cons:1. The little plastic screw protectors came off unfortunately but it's a very minor con.2. There aren't more cons... barely even one con really. These glasses are great.Seriously if these are the kinds of glasses your looking for, get them. 20 dollars isn't that much money (though you will have to pay more for prescriptions to be put in, or have your eye doctor do it). They work quite well for me so far, I am pretty sure ill be happy with these for many years. There very nice but to expensive to have my pricription put intoThis is a great frame and the lens and frame is very sturdy. However, the designers who worked on the frame for some odd reason decided to use an extra long screw for the lens attachment. This leaves 4 elongated objects pointing at your eye which is a bit scary. The little rubber attachments that is supposed to "protect" you from the pointy ends falls off instantly, so you are left with little 4 ends of the screw pointing at your eye. You can cut and file it off, but not sure why the designers decided to use extra long screws to attach the lens.I bought this frame because it BOLTS through the lens, not crimped. I tried locally to find frames with boltsno one had them nor could they order them (no suppliers). For the price of this frame I really was not expecting much. When I got them, to my surprise they appear to be very good quality ( time will tell ).Sent them out and had my prescription lens installed. They look and feel great!I don’t review very soon after I have received a product .I need some time to see how the product will hold up.I had these over two months now and they seem to hold up pretty well I have stepped on them; sat on them, and they seem to be holding the tension in the arms and those pieces well.I had to bend the nose piece and the arm a little after sitting and stepping on them, but they are doing just fine.Definitely good for the price. For me the price was quite niceit was my lenses that cost me with my prescription. I could not get the poly-carbonate bifocal lensesthose cost me $270.I was told the poly-carbonate wouId crack if I tried to use them in these wireless frames. That’s only for my prescription at least I can’t speak to someone else’s eyes. And, yes, they are lightweight. These are the same frames we could get from our eye care provider for over 20 times as much! Yes, TWENTY! They are perfect. We ordered the prescription lenses with graduated bifocals, and they are perfect too. When you look at these don't think about the price as a guide. They really are the ones you will see for much more. The lenses, if you order them otherwise it comes with blanks, are crystal clear. Nicely packaged, and a nice case just top off the feeling these are the way to go.The photo is of my husband wearing his glasses. He loves them! He wanted these clear, and our eye care provider warned him to be cautious of getting anything but his "signature" clear lenses ... these look exactly the same. These are our "signature" lenses. This review has to end with "and they lived happily ever after" because the next set of glasses we need will come from here too. They also arrived a month sooner then expected. That is because clearing customs into the USA can be fast or slow, and no one can do anything about that. It would have been worth the wait anyway.GARBAGE... great looking but NO OPTICAL PLACE would touch them because of the "screws" NOT EVEN DIPPED IN TINT to use as sunglassesGreat glasses frame, have held up well. Bought these instead of $400 ones in store.
